Here at Donnelly Group we are recruiting for a motivated Aftersales Manager to join us at our Campsie site. Your role as Aftersales Manager will be to develop and manage the performance of your Aftersales team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience whilst implementing plans to optimise the full profit potential of the department.

The role:
• Provide guidance, training, and appraisals to each member of the Aftersales team to encourage a forward-thinking attitude which will help them achieve their full potential
• Maximise customer satisfaction by treating everyone as an individual and delivering an exceptional Aftersales experience
• Monitor department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance
• Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities within the territory

• Reporting into the Head of Franchise, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the Aftersales department and for ensuring the highest level of customer service and profitability is delivered at all times.

The role is based at the company’s Head Office in Dungannon with travel to other Donnelly Group locations and events across Northern Ireland as required. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive will be central to implementing all aspects of Marketing for the Donnelly Group.

Key Responsibilities
• Update and maintain Donnelly Group website content with relevant content on an ongoing basis;
• Manage data feeds to and from the Donnelly Group website;
• Social media monitoring, management and advertising for Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram channels to include responding to and handling customer queries in a timely manner;
• Take a leading role in the implementation of the Group’s used vehicle advertising strategy and photography process to include quality control in line with company guidelines;
• Maintain and improve SEO for all Donnelly Group websites and online sources;
• Complete both internal & external Marketing Plans on a quarterly basis and communicate to relevant brand contacts where appropriate;
• Attend meetings, web conferences and participate in regular calls with Sales Managers/Site Directors and manufacturers as required to discuss progress, results and objectives;
• Prepare for and contribute to weekly departmental marketing meeting to review campaigns, discuss plans and share ideas;
• Liaise with third party agencies contracted by Donnelly Group and by manufacturers to ensure effective marketing support;
• Ensure all advertising complies with manufacturer requirements and advertising standards;
• Provide Sales Managers/Site Directors for allocated brands with campaign results on a monthly and quarterly basis to include Google Analytics data;
• Assist the Head of Marketing and the broader marketing team with tasks as required.
